Today is a day where people all over the world celebrate the cultural, social, economic and political achievements of admirable women everywhere. Where, young girls can be inspired by the women who have set new standards for gender equality, and made a name for themselves in what still appears to be a mans world.
Even in fashion, where women account for two thirds of clothing sales around the world, the top spot still seems to be somewhat more accessible for Men – who claim six of the CEO positions in the top nine fashion houses.
Nicola Anne, also known as Nicola Harvey-Rowley, had been passionate about designing from an early age. The talented bridal designer states; her inspiration came from admiring the intricate and beautiful costumes she had seen in period drama’s.
Every one of Nicola’s gowns is designed and handmade by a dedicated team of seamstresses, with an exceptionally high standard to quality and detail.. She has showcased her intricate work many times on national TV, and works tirelessly to ensure her passion to create sculptured designs, using luxurious fabrics in exciting shades of colours, is always delivered.
"Over the past five years she has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we are immensely proud to stock her in our West Yorkshire boutique "
